Due to the nature of our products, including oils, butters, and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable solution.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
